Limited Warranty

Bell Sports will repair or replace any Bell, Riderz, or licensed product determined by Bell to be defective in materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the date of original purchase. This express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. Bell shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Lifetime Warranty — Floornado 900

Limited Lifetime Warranty (U.S. Customers)

Bell Sports, Inc. (“Bell”) extends a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of this product as provided below, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. If the product is found to be covered under the applicable warranty provisions below, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge. If your product is not currently available (i.e. discontinued), Bell may replace it with a comparable product from the current product line, at its sole discretion. This constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy, and Bell’s sole and exclusive liability, for breach of this warranty.

Bell reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration.

The warranty does not cover, and we will not have any liability to you for, and hereby disclaim, any and all incidental or consequential damages caused by, or arising from or relating to, the product or its use. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, expressed or implied; no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Bell in connection with the sale or use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights depending on where you live, which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This warranty does not apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, improper installation, improper care, accidents, failure to follow directions, alterations, misuse or use unintended by the manufacturer. Nor does it cover minor cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.

We make no other warranty regarding the product, and we disclaim all other warranties, express, statutory or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty extends to residents of the United States only. International customers should consult their local dealer or distributor for warranty conditions in their area. Bell is not able to receive or ship product outside of the United States; we cannot be responsible for products ordered from U.S. dealers and shipped to another country. Service through the original seller may be available, if the local distributor is unable to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We recommend that items be sent by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS). Bell is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will return your product or replacement using FedEx Ground shipping. Expedited shipping is not possible. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.
